If you want to permanently delete your Facebook account, here's how to do it:

On Desktop:
Log in to Facebook:

Go to facebook.com and log in to your account.
Go to Settings:

Click on the downward arrow in the top-right corner of the page to open the menu.
Select "Settings & Privacy", then click "Settings".
Go to "Your Facebook Information":

In the left-hand column, click on "Your Facebook Information".
Select "Deactivation and Deletion":

Scroll down and click "Deactivation and Deletion".
Choose "Permanently Delete Account":

Select "Permanently Delete Account", then click "Continue to Account Deletion".
Confirm Your Deletion:

Facebook will give you the option to either deactivate your account (temporary) or delete it permanently. Choose "Delete Account".
You may be asked to enter your password for security.
Complete the Process:

Click "Delete Account" to confirm.
Your account will be scheduled for deletion, and you will no longer be able to log in or retrieve anything once it’s permanently deleted.

On Mobile (Facebook App):
Open the Facebook app and log in.
Tap the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top-right (Android) or bottom-right (iPhone).
Scroll down and tap "Settings & Privacy", then tap "Settings".
Under the "Your Facebook Information" section, tap "Account Ownership and Control".
Tap "Deactivation and Deletion".
Choose "Delete Account" and tap "Continue to Account Deletion".
Confirm by tapping "Delete Account", and enter your password if asked.
