To track sales on Facebook Shops, you can use Facebook Commerce Manager. This tool helps you manage your shop, view sales performance, track orders, and get insights into how your products are performing.

Here’s how you can track sales on Facebook Shops:
Step 1: Access Facebook Commerce Manager

Log in to Facebook: Go to your Facebook account.
Open Commerce Manager:
Go to the Facebook Business Manager by clicking on the menu (the nine dots in the upper-left corner).
Select Commerce Manager from the available options. Alternatively, you can visit Facebook Commerce Manager directly.

Step 2: View Sales and Insights

Navigate to your Facebook Shop: In the Commerce Manager dashboard, select the Shop you want to track.
Go to "Insights": On the left-hand side menu, you’ll see Insights. This section gives you a detailed overview of your sales and activity.
You'll find data on sales performance, top-performing products, customer engagement, and more.
Check Key Metrics: You'll be able to track important metrics like:
Sales: The total amount of sales made within a specific period.
Product Performance: Which products are being purchased the most.
Customer Activity: Insights into who is engaging with your shop.
Conversion Metrics: The number of users who view your products and how many complete a purchase.

Step 3: Track Orders and Fulfillment

Manage Orders: In Commerce Manager, go to the Orders section to view the details of all orders placed on your shop. You can track order status, customer information, and shipping details.
View Payment & Shipping: Under Payments or Shipping in Commerce Manager, you can monitor how payments are processed and check the status of deliveries.

Step 4: Use Facebook Ads and Pixels for Advanced Tracking

To get more detailed insights and track how ads are influencing sales, you can use Facebook Pixel:

Set up Facebook Pixel: The Facebook Pixel is a small piece of code you place on your website to track conversions, purchases, and other important actions.
You can set up Facebook Pixel in Events Manager within Business Manager.
Track Sales from Ads: If you're running Facebook Ads, Pixel will help you track sales, how people are interacting with your ads, and whether they make purchases on your shop.

Step 5: Export Data (Optional)

You can export your sales data from Commerce Manager:

Go to the Insights or Orders section.
Click on the Export button (typically located at the top right).
Choose the file format you want (CSV or Excel) to download a report of your sales performance.
