Doitchat Agreement and Privacy Policies
The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") concern your membership and use of doitchat.com (the "Website") services. By registration process, you agree to follow these terms of use.
Important Platform Rules:
- This Website should never be used for commercial means or to advertise and sell anything.
- Links to other web pages are prohibited anywhere on the Website.
- Active sending or asking of email address can be considered as advertising.
- Any nudity or adult photos and content is strictly prohibited.
- You are personally responsible for all materials and information that you place on the Website.
- You must never post offensive or prohibited content on the Website.
- You must not discriminate or harass other users.
Users can be banned for:
- Spamming web addresses and advertisements
- Uploading nudity or adult photos
- Collecting user email addresses
- Harassment of other users
- Impersonating a Doitchat admin
Threat of sanctions:
- In case of violation of rules - the user can be banned without notice.
- Repeat violators will be permanently banned and deleted.
- Swear words are censored.
- Nudity or adult content is deleted without notice.
User rights:
- Users can report violators to Doitchat administration.
- Users can block any member; blocked users cannot contact them.
Data Retention Policy: We do not save data permanently. All user data is removed monthly (1st of each month). Doitchat allows users to share present life activity.
How do we use personal information?
We use the information to show other users and only for the verified profiles.
What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?
This Agreement regulates the relationship between the Administration of Doitchat and individuals who share information. Doitchat is not a mass media source; we do not edit or take responsibility for user content. By posting, users are solely responsible for their actions and content.
We do not collect or retain chat messages, shared content (like video and images), or sensitive personal data permanently. All such data is auto-deleted monthly.
If relying on consent, users may manage or withdraw consent through settings. If relying on legitimate interest, these include safety, moderation, and service functionality.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DoitChat ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoitChat website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
3.3 Account Types
DoitChat offers both free and premium features. Free accounts have access to basic chat functionality. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use DoitChat responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
4.1 Prohibited Behavior
- Harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Sharing sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
- Promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming affiliation
- Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited commercial messages
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools without permission
- Soliciting money, personal information, or financial data from other users
- Engaging in any illegal activities or promoting criminal behavior
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, and illegal activities. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
